Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Can’t rate Alp highly enough. Did a really great job on building our wardrobe. Charged a very reasonable price and built it exactly how we asked him. Really nice guy as well and even did a few additional jobs we needed doing. Overall, highly recommended.

Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

Very good service provided at a reasonable price. The quote was the cheapest I received but this was not reflected in the high quality of the work. (PS. I SUBMITTED MY COMMENTS THE WEEK FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE WORK SO i DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM ! Possibly cos I'm new to the process )

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. Chris did an excellent job fixing the pointing and brickwork on my house, he was friendly, reliable and did the work for a very good price. He also helped diagnose a water ingress problem at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.

Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. He has a friendly attitude and worked hard and efficiently. He also made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left and made sure that everything had been left clean and tidy.
