This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. Mr Watson responded quickly, professionally and courtesously to all our enquiries and questions. He always arrived punctually and worked quickly and quietly - and completed the job exactly as he described. His workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and whilst here he spotted a couple of minor defects in our system which he rectified without fuss. Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.
