Demetri fully read and understood my request before calling me with a quote - which made the call really easy. He was also the most competitively priced. He arrived on time and was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He discovered the issue was due to another unforeseen fault but had the parts to be able to fix on the spot. Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.
