A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.

I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. He explained very clearly on every process on what he could do. And I'm lost to find the word's to describe how pleased i am now. I’m more than happy with the replacement conservatory door that Michael has fitted and the finished result is far better than I anticipated. Nothing about the job fazed him and the “niggles” that could have been a problem for some tradespeople were easily solved by Michael. Michael made contact via telephone the day after my job was posted so we had a chat about what was involved and he arranged to come and look. From start to finish the job was completed in a quick and timely manner.

My initial post on rated people was for a handyman to repair a wooden gate. Ben responded very quickly to the posting and on his review of the gate we agreed that repair was not feasible and the solution was to install a new gate. Ben worked hard to build and install a replica of the old gate and I am happy with the end result. I can recommend his craftsmanship in carpentry and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
