An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.

Ady did an excellent job. Friendly, reliable and very hard working. I'm very pleased with the bathroom he fitted and he's done a nice job with the tile work. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
