The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I had my boiler replaced by Jay. I was told by other tradesmen that I could not have this particular brand fitted because it would be too difficult & costly. He had no problem fitting it at all & also at a competitive rate. He ordered the parts required for compliance & was respectful, professional & efficient. The mark down was only due to an issue with the disposal of the old boiler. Overall, I would certainly recommend & will use their services again

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
