Joe from J J Murphy Plumbing and Heating recently fitted a new hot water cylinder for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He managed to fit us in quickly, which was a huge relief, and the whole job was carried out with professionalism from start to finish. Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time.
