100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..

Graham of gb Plumbing recently fitted a Mega-Flow type water system in our private house. He provided outstanding and friendly service. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about Un-vented water cylinders. In addition he is totally reliable and when he makes a commitment he always keeps to it. Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Haydn was a pleasure to deal with, he provided an absolutely first class service from start to finish with excellent communication and advice on products and layout changes. Nadeem was absolutely excellent. Punctual, lovely manner, highly professional and patient to explain the work he needed to do. He went out of his way to call a boiler company for us to double check on recommended maintenance procedures and made sure that we understood what we need to do to avoid additional costs. Absolute five star service, we will use him every time we need help from now on. Highly recommended.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.
