Hi to all who need a carpenter. I needed one to do many and varied "small" jobs (ha ha). RMT came in - Andy was on site for the work. Andrew and the team from Bathstone were absolutely brilliant! They refurbished a shed into a games room, with new foundations, roof, doors, rewired, plumbing, installed pool table, bar and floor. He helped me with the design of the job, was flexible as the work progressed, and came up with some great solutions. Work was top quality; I couldn't be happier with the end product. Most importantly , Andrew is a really decent guy - honest, reliable and someone you can really trust. Cannot recommend more highly.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

I've got great communication with Neil and his work is fast and tidy. His team have brought an unruly garden under control extremely fast and I'm looking forward to him keeping all the grounds looking great over the coming seasons.

I was very pleased with the whole process, I posted the job, Anthony responded, was in the area and came straight round. He was able to fix my front door there and then. He was very thorough and very knowledgable.

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

I had laminate floor done a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the work done. Anthony is a very tidy and meticulous . I would certainly contact him again if I need any other jobs done. He was quick to give me a quote and was flexible with when he could start on the job.
