All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. The main job of killing of the grass growing through the artificial grass has been shoddily done. Did not lift the grass to spray the weed killer in the ground only on top of the grass and consequently there is grass already growing back after one week. Also paid to have the patio sprayed but not sure this was even done as weeds still growing. Has ignored my message and would definitely not recommend this “tradesperson” to anyone.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed

I have taken a year off doing large projects and returning to do landscaping and garden management. Bathroom fit out and tiling. I am reliable and a member of the Guild of Master craftsmen. our portfolio shows large projects, bathrooms and landscaping.
We have had an excellent job done. Richard is wonderful. We were away for a week and on our return all the neighbours told us just how hard he had worked. We now have a garden way beyond anything we expected. Highly recommend Richard.
