Needed some sofas moving out the window, explained the job and AtoZ called quickly. They accepted the gig, and said theyd turn up prepared. They arrived, but as it was only 2 of them, we were expected to help too, which is fine, but usually makes it cheaper... But it didn't. Got the job done, friendly, just not so cost effective.

Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!
The guys negotiaited a sensible price, turned on time, at short notice, for a large and urgent garden landscaping job and completed the job well within time (as they brought in extra man-power). Very impressed. Tidyied up after them selves and completed all I asked for.I will be using them again.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

5 Star Fencing was absolutely superb - came to site on the day agreed, replaced the three bowed fence panels with ones of very good quality and painted them to match the rest of the fence, and did a small repair on an existing panel - Callum of 5 Star Fencing was an absolute pleasure and left the site (my garden) all clean and tidy.
We are an established company (although new to Rated People) we have been specialising in garden land scaping and fencing projects for over 10 years and in that time we have carried out numerous successful projects for many happy clients. Honesty, integrity and value for money is what we believe is our key quality.
In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
