I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Hallway and kitchen painted, ceiling leak fixed plus other smaller bits sorted. Good value for money and fitted in with our timescales. Excellent job done! Will use again.
No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.

mariusz and leszek did a good job with my bathroom and ensuite renov given the budget and the tight schedule i had (10days). i suggest be clear with what you want at the beginning and put everything down in writing.
BEWARE!! Hired Nell to fit Magnet kitchen, electrical sockets, appliances, tiling and decorating. He started then said would have to complete in a week because of job after mine. Worked for just over a week, then did not turn up. I chased him, he said would return next week, then ignored me. I queried with Nell about Elec Cert and he said he would not come back! Left me with mess! Cut units wrong so cupboards all wrong depth! Elec wires hanging exposed from wall! Terrible joins and workmanship..DO NOT HIRE!
