Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!

Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Haba came and looked at the job and gave me a price we agreed on a start date which he kept started the job on time his work was clean and tidy and gave a fair price for the job . He also corrected some bad workmanship done by another workman before him .very pleased with his work would use him again and or recommend him to others 10/10

Daniel and steve did a great job dividing our bathroom into a cloakroom and shower room to suit our needs. They were reliable tidy workers, polite and punctual and we would willingly recommend them.

I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
