Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. Came and quoted for the job quickly and provided a very competitive quote. Once I'd accepted the quote the job was started within a week, and completed in three days. Some paint had gone onto the glass on a couple of windows which i hadn't noticed until the weekend, but a quick phone call and it was cleaned up the following day. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
