The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house.
