Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.

We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Really pleased that I found Adrian through this site - he was superb! The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!

I would highly recommend JLA Painting & Decorator they went the extra mile. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. They were very polite throughout and very tidy and the whole experience was stress free I didn’t know they were there half the time and also were very reliable it’s hard to find tradesmen like this. Dave quickly assessed the cost and gave a quote which he kept to. He turned up at the time he said he would, he got on with the job and cleaned up once he had finished. We've asked him to quote for more work and he has come back with reasonable prices.
