I would definitely use this company again. I felt comfortable having this gentleman in my home. He was polite, clean and tidy and did an excellent job to a very high standard, and to top it off, it was done under budget. I can't rate him highly enough and will recommend him to all my friends.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Vincent was able to undertake the job within a couple of days. He painted 2 bedrooms and my stairs and landing. All work completed to a high standard and in good time. Happy to recommend and will definitely use again.

However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. Ran was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, advised us on the right thing for the job, and did a fantastic job of painting the house and it looks brand new! Ran is also a lovely person and I trusted him explicitly. He got the job done really quickly and ensured we weren't put out by having a clear plan of which rooms to do when! I would absolutely hire Ran again and will be recommending him to all my friends.

Came and quoted for the job quickly and provided a very competitive quote. Once I'd accepted the quote the job was started within a week, and completed in three days. Some paint had gone onto the glass on a couple of windows which i hadn't noticed until the weekend, but a quick phone call and it was cleaned up the following day. Went beyond the job by tidying up a spot of masony paint that looked dirty next to my spanking new paint. Overall chuffed with the job and would recommend
