Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. David and Chris removed some existing concrete steps that were crumbling and replaced with new, bricked and flagged complete with ramp for the bins. They completed the work on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering any such work in the future. They left the site clean and tidy and caused us no inconvenience whatsoever and completed within budget for which they were competitively priced.

Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me.
