This gentleman met me on site a few minutes early, looked at the job and got on with the plastering in a clean,pleasant, professional manner. Having observed his competence on the initial job, I did not hesitate to offer him further work which he also completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact Steve again when the two shower rooms are ready for tiling. His pricing is competitive and offers good value for money. Steve radiates the air of a competent man that can be left to get on with it ....and that is exactly what he did. Thankyou for an excellent site and thank you Steve for doing a great job. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

My experience of working with Joe has been entirely positive and probably the most competent tradesperson I have used. The reasons: communicated well, gave me options and advice, arrived at agreed time, a great finish to the wall, left things clean and tidy. Thank you James, and ? ,sorry not sure of your name, for an excellent job replacing our bath sealant, then replacing broken door knob and fitting new toilet seat. All relatively small jobs but still booked us in swiftly and did an great job for a reasonable price. . Would use again and would highly recommend.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

We are very happy with the plaster boarding which Dean carried out on our bedroom ceiling. He explained everything really well and carried out the work to a high standard. He dealt with a few issues which cropped up until the job was completed. Dean left everywhere clean and tidy and we have future jobs lined up with him. Thank you Dean.

J Stubbings contacted me within seconds of posting the job and agreed to come the next day to give me a price. The price was very good value compared to prices i had received from local tradesman. On the day of the job John was spot on time. The work was completed to a high standard and John was very clean and tidy along the way. I would not hesitate to have John again.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

Job done to time and with no complications - it was easy just to let the team get on with it with minimal day to day involvement. Stewart and his team left the site in a very neat and tidy state. Result is a complete refresh to the end of our garden - some drainage problems resolved, new walls and fencing built and a paved area relaid. All looks great and as expected
