This Builder has incurred us losses over £40k and any works carried out by him were of the worst quality. We paid him over £120k and then he disappeared when the works needed finishing. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
