Great communication, great service. Very polite & friendly, left everything clean and tidy great social distancing and very hygiene conscious. All costs and material options explained kept everything at a good price.
Anthony explained what he intended to do and demonstrated alternative LED lights to us very professionally. He checked everything for safety and replaced parts as needed. Anthony made a verbal quote based on costs of parts and three hours labour and still charged for 3 hours labour although he spent just over an hour on the job. He stated that the extra cost was due to time spent collecting the parts.
