The quick way to find a local Drainage Specialist

Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.

I could not be more disappointed with the work. My house is only 5 years old, in almost perfect condition, and I just wanted to have it 'freshened up'. I have been left with a property that is now in a poor condition and have been quoted over £2500 to to correct. That is before replacing the carpets he ruined. It is a shame I am unable to post pictures on here, as I really don't want anyone else to fall into the trap I did. He won't provide public liability insurance details, so guess he doesn't have any.

Robert and his team were excellent! They were punctual, efficient, hard-working, friendly and did a fantastic job for us. They were also tidy and left the garden in a neat and good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others or use his services again.

The job was done quickly at a good price but in a few weeks the new grouting was already dropping out the sealant beginning to crack, so the job really needs doing again.

DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

We booked a complete bathroom installation, initial contact and price was good, however he never turned up on the agreed day to do the job. We left numerous messages and emails...none have been responded to. Completely wasted our time!
