Bathroom door handle snapped off and couldn't gain access. Mark came out straight away opened the door and then straight out and got a new handle. All sorted out within the hour. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors. The job was way above my expectations by a genuinely nice and considerate person and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kevin to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.
