Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.
Mr Spencer was good at listening and gave us every opportunity to ensure he was aware of what we wanted and what was important to us.

We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. We have invested a lot in quality tools which makes our job easier and helps to do the job more effectively.
Paul was great from start to finish, happy to offer advice when needed and when we added additional work during the original job, he was very accommodating. He saved us when we were let down by other trades and stepped up when needed to help keep our refurb on track. Will and Syd did a great job. Came on time to give the quote. Answered subsequent questions after other quotes. Real hard workers who stayed until the job was finished. They worked tidily and were very polite and respectful of our property. All was left working perfectly with the instructions explained thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.
