What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Lance Tait and Longstroke Plasterers quoted to remove a load bearing brick pillar in my kitchen. The started when scheduled and finished on time. The work was completed in budget. The skill and professionalism of the workers was amazing. House left clean and tidy each evening. I cannot praise Lance and his team highly enough. Great Job.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.
