Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. Not all walls had finish skim, plaster came of in many places when touched with paint or filler. Left many dried streaks of PVA down newly plastered wall. Little respect for property. Ignored several requests to make good. Cost of repairs to plastered area and other parts of property will be more than double job cost, whether this be labour or materials. 2 stars are for first days where walls finished to a better standard on the whole.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
