What an absolute pleasure doing business with Steve. Honest, transparent and communicative throughout. Great work, finished to a high standard by genuinely pleasant, tidy and talented tradespeople. Steve's number is saved and he's now my go-to builder.

Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Quoted and arrived to do the work on time. Looks as though a wonderful job has been done, though I'm not getting up on my roof to check in minute detail. No leak to bathroom, so job done. I will definitely use this tradesman again. Reliable and good value for money. I am a satisfied customer.

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more. Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. A good assessment of the issue was made and the best course of action made. I am happy with the work completed and would recommend them to other people. Cheers
