Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.
Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Arrived on time to discuss a quote swapped idea's prices and options. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. And for some reason he never phoned or returned with the quote. A complete waste of my time
