My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

After I confirmed the quote he arranged for someone to drive to London to collect the new boiler and Marlon was with us first thing the next morning.
