Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
