Hi im Joe, a general maintenance man from J.A Maintenance. Im qualified and competent in many roles including electrical installation, tiling, brickwork, gardening and lanscaping and all aspects of home/property maintenance.
Joe did a great job of putting a wooden garden gate up for us. It turns out we'd bought a gate that wasn't the right size, but Joe managed to make it work without a problem and was professional and friendly throughout. Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
