Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Durrant did an excellent job in removing wall panels, toilet and radiator in our toilet under the stair in order for damp problems to be fixed. He then reinstalled the toilet and radiator. He also fixed the skirting board in the hallway. All jobs done to high standard and cleaned up after was thorough.. They completed the work on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering any such work in the future.
