I had really good experiennce with Shak and very helpful advices. He visited our home as soon I advertised, gave us suggestions, provided options and quotes. We were interested in high end doors then Shak suggested a near by doors company. Sadly when visited the company and found that high end doors cost way above our planned budget we decided to pause the work for this year. Paul is a brilliant carpenter - he completed a bespoke piece of work in a very tight space, all done in 1 day for a very good price. He's also polite, punctual and friendly. To top it off, we accidentally overpaid him for the work he did (by quite a lot) and within minutes he was on the phone to us telling us honestly about the mistake we'd made and the excess money was returned to us within the hour.
