George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I’m a self employed tradesman who specialises in a wide variety of property repairs, maintenance and improvements. I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. I take the upmost pride in my work and offer customers a guarantee on work carried out by myself.
Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
