Christian was excellent! He finished a tiling, grouting and finishing when my previous contractor went AWOL. He has excellent attention to detail and was super tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will be calling on him again should I need any more jobs completed. 5 ??

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

They re-lined a long neglected Garden Pond and revived a blocked soak-away . They added a water butt to the soak-away. They worked hard in a biting wind and a shower or two. Very satisfied with the result..
