Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are a team made up of experienced domestic and commercial plumbers, heating and gas engineers. We provide a clean, reliable and professional service across the North West. Having 3 engineers making up the team, we have a broad range of skills in what we specialise in; from plumbing repairs, re sealing baths and shower areas, full bathroom installations, boiler swaps and full central heating systems. These are just a few examples of the wide range that are skills cover. We are fully insured and offer garuntee on all of our work.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend this tradeperson because he did not come at agreed day twice. Once he referred to a broken telephone, the second time he did not dignify me with any answer. It's the reason I cannot estimate quality of his work and presence of unexpected costs.
No job too big or too small, we do it all
Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Chris did a good job at first, he was professional and left the job clean and tidy. However, once the tap came loose a few months later, he ignored my messages. It appears there is no guarantee with his work.

Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

These have done an amazing job. Came and quoted, with dates for us to agree upon. They turned up bright and early as discussed and worked really hard. They had a tough base to work from and I couldn't be happier. All paint work is to a high standard and they left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Also I really appreciated them working with us to ensure they wernt working in rooms we needed to use and to check we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend and use again.
