Keith is excellent. Couldn't recommend him enough. Very creative too as he had a difficult job here with us and really worked hard to give us the best result and finish. We found Mus on Rated People he was very quick to respond to our request to completely replace our main bathroom. The work was completed the day after my initial enquiry, following the initial quote. It was on budget end efficiently carried out, with no fuss and no mess. James was fantastic to deal with. Communication was always clear, and he did as he said he would. Our job expanded as he got to the source of the issues; he was transparent in explaining this and the added costs to fix the problem. He's an exceptionally hard worker, committed to doing a good job, and he was also able to arrange a tiler whose work we were happy with. We appreciate that James made himself available after other jobs to complete the work ASAP. We'd be keen to use him for any future jobs.

Krzysztof is friendly, hard working and reliable with an eye for detail. He worked in our bathroom on some of the hottest days of the year and was able to make some suggestions that resulted in a better finish. We were very happy with his work, and would hire him again.

A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly. I cannot praise his professionalism, friendliness and most of all his skills enough. Will definitely asking John for all future projects. Thank you John your a star !

A comprehensive job was required and Ease Services delivered! From plumbing to electrical work, tiling and fitting my new kitchen. I ordered the kitchen on line & needed help to make sure I got it right. I wasn't afraid to ask questions on anything I wasn't sure about and everything was explained to me. We worked out any problems that came up with input & discussions from both sides and agreed the way forward together which was refreshing. Thank you for a job well done.
