Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions.
