This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Everything about the whole experience ranging from their first contact to invoicing me was excellent. I highly recommend this company and when I move, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.

From the initial visit to the end Baz and his team were polite and organised. He explained everything and even made suggestions. Once the job was done the place was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company and Baz for any building work.

Sam…responded quickly and came to the property and quoted same day. He was able to install / complete the internal work before Xmas. Once the terrible January weather had improved he returned and did an excellent job sorting and installing all the outside lights and the garage. Really great job would definitely recommend . Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.
