Didn't turn up as scheduled and no communication as to why or to rearrange if something unforseen had come up. I have not chased.

Totally unreliable. Had them booked in to tidy up my mums garden. Waited over 4 hours for them. They eventually turned up well after 5pm after I had gone. My mum sent them away. I rescheduled for today at 12pm..txt early on to ask if they were still coming...no reply. They didnt turn up so I txt to cancel. Waste of my time. Terrible communication.
Garden Maintenance
The guy who came to tidy up my garden and weed brought only a fairly useless strimmer and a lawnmower. He didnt really achieve what he was supposed to and he definitely wasnt a gardener (I am not sure if his boss is or not). I could have done it better myself and saved a whole lot of money. What I would say is that he was a really polite young guy, and he tried his best with what tools he had.
Garden Clearance
Job ultimately done however after I was advised base of shed cemented to ground therefore couldn’t complete - this wasn’t the case. Had to plead my case for them to return to complete job after leaving garden in awful state: glass left(which my dog stood on), debris and lunch wrappers from the boys left for me to pick up. Brush and shovel taken - returned broken brush and nothing else. Communication and time keeping poor. No apology for any of the above.
