William and his team did a great job repairing 2 items in an existing bathroom. He also fitted an outdoor tap. Very efficient.
Bathroom Repair
Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!
Excellent work. Went beyond and above. Kept me abreast the progress of the work all the way. Best I have dealt with in over 20 years Very professional in their approach always willing to listen and provide the best possible solution Will recommend them anytime, anyday
