I couldn’t thank Richard more for the work he completed at my property. My garden was in desperate need of some TLC and Richard gave me my garden back. Wow! What a general handy man who excels in everything he does! I've just had my lounge fully stripped back, wallpaper off, plaster touch ups, redecorated, new flooring laid, skirting boards and new door frames and what a difference it's made! Every job carried out with exceptional attention to detail, literally cannot fault any work done. He arrived on time each day and worked solidly each day, even completing the work under the time frame quoted so charged less than I expected. Will definitely use again
Me an my husband have used RD property maintenance on 3 occasions so far... Firstly for our summer house Secondly for our decking Thirdly for our laminate flooring. I wouldn't use another company now as very reasonable priced, communication is amazing any questions or queries I had Richard was happy to answer an would always be at the end of the phone an lastly the quality of work he gives is finished to a high standard. I asked RD Property Services to quote for a whole new fence and gate in my back garden after Storm Eunice snapped a post and took out some panels. He visited to survey the garden and I received my quote that evening and arranged the deposit that night. The fence and gate look fantastic and I have already received many compliments and referred RD onto my neighbours. Another fantastic job by Duggy and Co.
