Emergency / 24 Hour Plumber
Charged £200 just to tighten a stop cock. When payment wasn’t received within a few days he went and harassed tenants. Communication was hostile. Very unprofessional to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend to companies or landlords.

This was an emergency Christmas call-out, with the price agreed in advance. The charge reflected an out-of-hours service, not just the task itself. Payment was due on completion. After allowing over four days and receiving no response to repeated calls and messages, we attended the property only to make contact. No tenants were harassed; they were polite and helpful. 3rd Jan is not Christmas. 1pm is not out-of-hours. Priced off video for “repair”. I wouldn’t class tightening a screw or nut as a repair for a stopcock that repeatedly leaks after tightening so will leak again. Also have the threatening messages, so you knew visiting the tenants was to harass and intimidate. Review is based on demeanour and attitude, and hopefully helps other landlords or managers whose processes might take a few days to process payment. Honest ratings help others find true professionals.
Great communication, fair price and showed up on the day, on time, and did exactly what was agreed. If only all tradesmen were like this. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
Fadi (Heyplumber) came out promptly to repair a leaking pipe for us, arriving exactly at the time promised. After the work was done and he had left another unrelated issue showed up. He returned immediately and fixed this as well for a small extra charge. He was polite, helpful and worked quickly. The price seemed reasonable to me. We plan to use his services in future. Would recommend
