Never done anything for this guy. Wanted me to fix shoddy and non certified works and i politely refused. Suggested to get it tested and use someone reputable and he then threw is toys out a little. Been holding bad rate over my head which he done from 4 stars to 2 stars. Which im not sure why he rated us at all? We didnt do anything nor ask Rated needs to start monitoring customers aswell as tradesmen. Silly little rates like this affects livelihoods, all because doesn't want pay /do proper works

Hugh was extremely reliable and professional throughout. I requested a quote for a media wall with integrated lights and a best thermostat, and he responded promptly. The quote was very reasonable and clearly broken down and explained. As I needed the work completed urgently, Hugh was flexible and accommodating. The final result was of high quality, and I’ve received numerous compliments on it.
Upgraded lighting system in home with kinetic wireless switches. Minimal fuss and damage. Great result

Not even worthy of 1 star. Friday appnt cancelled due to his family issue, which was understandable. Rearranged for Sunday but was going to be so late that stores would be shut & items would need to be purchased. I said to forget it I'd rehire but he was adamant he wanted to help & rearranged for the Wednesday. Didn't turn up; no phone call or message explaining why. Total waste of my time & prevented me from hiring other traders. Totally unprofessional
