Had an emergency flooding situation, Sam came the next day spend over an hour working out how to solve the issue as there were various issues with my drainage set up due to previous home owner. Sam managed to fit me into his schedule that week and solved my issue. He is friendly, polite and transparent with everything he does. Cost wise he was competitive.
