After talking to David, who responded quickly to my request for quotes and after sharing photos of the area I needed to repair, it became clear it was a two-man job. This took it over my budget, so we've agreed to leave it for now. I'm writing this review and rating the business favourably because he seems responsive, organised, pleasant and made sensible points for me to consider without any pressure. I will go to him first when I'm ready to do the initial job and some more work.
