Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.

Mark was very easy to work with, gave a good quote initially, he then made changes as I requested to tailor it for what was needed and happy to help with options. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
